Where do you ship from?
All of our products are proudly designed and shipped from the USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually arrive within 5–9 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. However, if your item is defective, or if you receive an incorrect delivery, please contact us and we will replace that item completely free of charge to you. This means we will also cover the cost of shipping and handling to make sure you receive your correct order.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship only within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey to your door.
What sizes do you offer?
For People, we carry sizes from S to 5XL for most items.
For Doggos, we carry M, L, and XL for most items.
Each product page has a detailed size guide to help you pick the perfect fit.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes! If you need to update your order, please go to the "Contact Us" section of this website. Use the contact form within 12 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to help. Our process is designed to be quick and efficient, so the sooner we know your order needs to be updated, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate your request.
